The $8,000 tax credit is the first time in history that I can remember that the federal government has paid home buyers to purchase a home. One thing you must be aware of is that this money is only available until the end of this year. Help, I need a Doctor

Richmond, Kentucky has a hospital. Richmond has many medical professionals operating in a variety of specialties. Fundamental healthcare begins with an individual or family?s access to a general physician, call it a family doctor or for children, a Pediatrician and for women a Gynecologist. Certainly, for people like me, a good therapist; better yet, a Psychiatrist! But why is it that someone in Richmond, Kentucky cannot locate a physician that will take new patients?
